How do the budgets work?

  • Business Development Managers: 
    Each BDM is given $2,000 per quarter to spend on their customers. Once the budget has been spent, no more will be awarded until the next quarter.
  • Business Coordinators: No budget. Each order is approved by Marketing. 

What commercial premises budget does the money come from?
Marketing budget only. No other budgets will be impacted.

What is the true cost of the merchandise items?
The displayed price is the cost that Foxtel purchases from the chosen supplier.

Will customers receive any order information?
No. All orders are only sent to your email address. Unless you forward the email, they wont see anything.

Why is the courier cost part of my BM budget?
The courier cost is measured by the weight of the items and distance of the location. It must be calculated with the order. We have allowed extra budget to cover courier charges. All cost is attributed to marketing.

How can I remove or edit an address?
Click “Accounts” in the top right hand corner. Select “Addresses”. From there you can edit or delete addresses.

What customers are entitled to a Welcome Kit?
Licensed Venues, Category 6 and up.

Will other sectors be getting a Welcome Kit?
Marketing are working on a Welcome Kit for each sector for FY20. Details will be shared once available.

What customers are entitled to a UFC Kit? 
Current UFC Ultimate Venue customers only 

Will Welcome Kits or UFC Kits come out of my BDM budget? 
No. These need to be ordered by Business Coordinators only.
